My neighbor signed that recall petition. Once on his front porch, once at his job and again on the side of the road next to the election commission building. When I asked why he felt the need to do it he said the petition holder told him they needed all they could get ---- seems like justices to me!

I would venture to say Yates was the most qualified for the type of recovery. This was just a tad bit more than shoe strings and a Ford truck.

Who would be responsible if a fire broke out and one of the 40 children was to die? I can tell you it would not fall back on Wortham. it would be on the Chattanooga Housing/TaxPayer. She has no permits to do that as I would have to. I think what she is trying to do is a great thing but also a safety issue and liability. And if its really for the children why would the building being offered such an issue?

Protesters also said they removed the portable toilet when asked to do so.

So what are they using?
