It's a shame that Chattanooga is the way it is. There is no need for all this unecessary killings. Okay, true the jobs are scarce and the economy is bad. But that's life. You adapt and sacrifice. These shootings are bad choices that people makes. But where is our faith? Our family values? Our morals? All of a sudden, parents aren't there to teach and mold their children. Instead, they condone their children's actions. They're quick to defend their children's wrongdoings. Something IS starts at home.

All this talk of revitalizing sounds good, and maybe looks good on paper, but attention is needed in more areas than brainerd. I can see as well as anyone else, that there's alot more work to be done in many areas that have been neglected for far too long. If we are to spend taxpayer dollars to redevelope our city, let's do it were it's needed most, and not only in wealthy areas because we're all taxpayers living and working here together.
