so if police officers are trained to "hit " targets and are presumeably good shots ( at the very least) why on earth couldnt one of them have shot the the man's hand that was holding the gun?? or ( and I hate to visualize this) his knees to make him fall so they could get his gun away?? make no mistake..I am 100% for police being armed to the hilt to defend themselves and us but lets be real..this was questionable use of force. But of course, I wasnt there and have no idea if the victim called them ugly names or looked particularly mean and nasty, but Im saying..lets investigate before we draw conclusions !
I have another Comcast story to tell..we are downsizing our service and returned our last (old) cable box 2 weeks ago because we are no longer using it..are just keeping the most basic cable service to qualify for a discounted high speed internet service. I got a phone call yesterday that a techincian was on the way to our house for a service call. When I called Comcast to ask why a service call ( which we ABSOLUTELY did not schedule..they were coming during the day and we would both be at work) they informed me that they had to “check” our connection to make sure we werent getting any additional channels!! Consider this: we dont’t even have the cable connected to any TVS..we switched to Direct TV totally!! My point is : they are trying to bill us for a service call we didn’t request nor we were ever advised of.. How sneaky is this??

why exactly do you think there are laws regarding proper restraint of children in vehicles ( can you just imagine an 11 month old flying around helpless upon impact?)..did you just fly in from outerspace?? seat belts arent even the issue..you cannot even take your newborn home from the hospital without a properly installed carseat..and there are agencies who will provide carseats FOR FREE if neccesary..and a CARSEAT most likely would have saved the children, if not actually prevented the accident to begin with.. It doesnt matter if they were the neighbors kids, her own kids ( which they were..she started at age 17..helllooo) THERE IS NO EXCUSE IN THE WORLD that can explain away what she did. most likley BECAUSE they were unrestrained & possibly jumping around in the van the accident happened. when was the last time YOU supervised 5 children without carseats in a van ..no human could control that outcome..she had no business driving even ONE child unrestrained..and , someonewhoneverleavesthehouse, "SingSing" was a piano bar in Chattanooga a few years ago..dont get out much, do we?
this is horrible but TOTALLY preventable..how could any responsible parent have FIVE children in a vehicle without seatbeats or car seats?? sorry for this family's loss but this parent was irresponsible and caused her remaining children to be motherless as well as being totally resoponsible for the deaths of 2 innocent children..thanks god there was no other vehicle involved or she might have had MORE deaths to be remembered for..wont people EVER learn to use common sense..
