I was visiting friends in Ft Hood when the event occurred. Not only that, but the friends I was staying with worked for the Temple VA (now retired). I have followed this, bemused and confused why Hasan is still not convicted and tried.
I have emailed Pres Obama asking about this. I know that in and of itself will not make him JUMP to do the right thing. But he needs to hear from all of us who are appalled by this treatment.
