we have to remember that 33% of the population scores very low on the intelligence scale.... It's harder to think critically when you don't think much at all.

Make no mistake - this particular journalist would NEVER have 'retired'. She's 89. If she wanted to retire, she would have done so already. She is devoted to her career and hasn't left her post so far. She is one of the most respected journalists in American history. Regardless of what she said, it is a shame that the Whitehouse can get ANY journalist fired. What has happened to the 'free press' that America is so proud of?

Wow - where was this when I was in school??? What a great way to reach the kids that HCDE has failed. All students should have the option to elect a learning setting like this one!

Ringgold should be proud of itself - it's on national TV - WOW!!! We can only pray that the jurors are smarter and less 'reactive' than the judge/prosecutors. Being a juror is a huge honor and opportunity to serve in support of your community values. I hope that this pool of jurors consider the weight they are carrying - sometimes only the jury can rescue the true 'victim' in a case....

Oh - and BTW - the judge is assuring that Ms. Craft will win on appeal. Apparently he is ready to retire from the bench. Unfortunately, Ms. Craft's shattered life may be beyond repair.

The testimony of children under continuous pressure from any source are highly likely to eventually crumple in the direction of the source. They cannot be blamed for this - they are responding to the environment in an effort to succeed in that setting.

Rolando - as usual your hyperbole is difficult to understand - whatever your message is, it is drowned out by your anger....

Ms. Palin is a cheeleader who has no idea what the game is really about. She can get the fans to stand up and holler; but after the adrenalin rush subsides, she has nothing to contribute. Her so-called 'popularity' will come back to bite the Republican party when she splits the power and message among the members. No doubt, when she fails to garner enough support to gain the Rep nomination for President, she will again "go rogue" and declare an independent campaign. The Rep party should fear her for that reason. The Dem party should encourage her until she falls flat on her face. She started her 'campaign' much too early to survive through the next election. I am usually a Dem supporter; however, I would support almost anyone else who could defeat her in the primaries/election because she is not smart enough or strong enough to guide this country effectively. I will concede that she is cute, but cute evaporates as a leadership quality the day after high school graduation.
