I absolutely agree with you Tim Reid. I think the citizens of Chattanooga, including the youth and gang population are average intelligent people who can see the desperation and panic in our local officials. I agree. give me a break for God's sake........

As A member of the downtown leadership in Chattanooga, I am embarassed at the City leaders pointing the finger at the taxpayer for on ongoing public problem. Security at this establishment might be the solution, as the police department cannot seem to be available before such incidents occur. Do we blame Mr. Reid for similar problems at Coolidge Park??????
