All "Not Sustained" means is that there was not enough evidence to prove the sexual battery allegation, which is the case in many crimes of this nature. As far as I can tell, actual criminal charges have not been filed yet. This is still a FELONY coupled with multiple sexual misconduct complaints and porn on city computers on top of that. Have taxpayers considered how much time the Chattanooga Police Dept. had to spend investigating someone who should not have a job in government in the first place? The message is clear: the Fire Dept. takes care of their own at our expense and nobody seems to care. How many complaints end up in a file before someone says it is enough?

Moore has a long history of sexual misconduct and harassment as a government employee. Throw in a pornography charge and all he gets is a slap on the wrist? I can't imagine why the people of Chattanooga put up with this and why taxpayers support any administration that sits by and does nothing about it. This is a public service position folks. Don't we have a responsibility to ensure justice is served?
