I disagree! Foget about replacing the management because this isn't something that has just started...it's been going on too long. My vote is to shut the whole store down and place these poor helpless animals in the care of loving indiduals, like myself, and stop this vicious pattern. It is happening all around us.

This is a true tragedy. This happens too often and these poor little helpless animals are the ones who suffer! These places are no different than puppy mills....same conditions! I'm furious!!!
