I'm not a citizen of TN but do transit the state often.
I don't speed (no need -- I'm retired) but do take exception to any government that games the legal system as a revenue source.
Each trip we make across TN we typically spend $500+ in each direction.
Hard reality there are other roads to travel and other states to cross. End result TN will lose an easy $2-4000 a year from my pocket along if this becomes law.
