Interesting cost comparisons, but it would be more useful if you provided full cost of providing electricity by various means. Operating costs are but a small part of the picture and do not include cost of building plants or disposing of waste material, both of which would increase nuclear cost significantly (except that we don't really know the cost of disposing of spent nuclear fuel yet).
Then there's the question of costs imposed on society by pollution emitted from such facilities, but that gets pretty judgmental and estimates vary widely. But the lifecycle cost of building, operating and eventually decommisioning plants, as well as producing fuel and managing wastes, should be available at DOE.
