I just read an article about nine people being shot at a teen party in Chattanooga at Club Fathom. One of which was 17 years of age. What will become of the shooters if they too were teenagers? This is a sad story within itself and I feel for the victims and their families. Taft Youth Center should not be closed because these shooters, if teenagers will have to placed somewhere because of their age, and I don't think another youth center, group home, or foster home could help teens that do actions such as this nor do I believe they will function without harm to others if placed in other facilities. Again I am sorry for the victims and their families.
