People of Chattanooga need to take back their community and clean it up to stop this mess. People shouldn't hear the term "bad neighborhood", "wrong part of town" its embarassing chattanooga has so much to offer but, if its going to be taken over by drugs, gangs, guns, and crime what will be left?..... NOTHING I PERSONALLY HATE SAYING I'M SCARED OF GOING DOWN A CERTAIN RD. LATE AT NIGHT OR STOPPING AT THE WRONG STORE. I recently stopped at a gas station near 23th st because i was out of gas and a man there was standing outside it looked as if he was selling drugs but he was sure to walk over to me and tell me it looked like I was in the wrong part of town and told me what rd. I needed to be on that it wasn't safe for me to be there. So instead of hearing about it on the t.v. how are we as a community going to take it back and help people come together?
