Of course we have 11 million dollars for this. Obviously it is way more important to keep the Riverfront pretty (and constantly under construction) instead of protecting the rest of the city. And let's not forget the upkeep of the rest of the city that's not being done. It falls under comments I have made before on other issues, there is more to Chattanooga than the downtown area. Who really cares if the crackheads have a nice scenic view of the river while they get high. That's all it is basically used for. Hell if Littlefield doesn't get recalled and runs for Mayor again,, maybe I'll run against him. God knows a deaf, dumb, and blind chimp could do a better job at running the city.
