REPUBLICANS APPROVED TAX HIKES?

JT, even if republicans would ever approve raising revenue, do you think they would both raise taxes AND hand Obama a political win on the Debt Ceiling? YOU SERIOUSLY BELIEVE THAT??

The 'Plan B' prevarication was cooked up by the GOP PR machine in an attempt to make the party not look so stupid. I see a few of you bought it!

Then again, you're the same crowd that believe you can balance the federal budget by cutting taxes and raising defense spending!

Congressional Republicans opposed Obama from day 1 and pledged to never compromise or cooperate under any circumstances. And Obama, bless his heart, has naively continued to seek their approval and support. When hurricane Sandy hit Obama couldn't wait to go visit republican governor Christy and pledge billions of dollars in aid.

Before Sandy hit Chris Christy was the GOP darling, but after he welcomed the President to New Jersey the republican party shunned him. As soon as Christy was photographed joking around and being best buds with Obama even Ann Coulter turned her back.

The two month delay in approving Hurricane Sandy relief aid was another way republican told Christy, you're dead to us.

When asked how he planned to win back republican support as he pursued his party's nomination for president in 2016, Christy replied, "I'll close that bridge when I get to it."

THE COMEDY STYLINGS OF ZABLEDOOFIS

I've followed many posters of the years, conservative leaning and liberal leaning, and this guy never, ever, has any insight. It's pure propaganda, and projection.

But Zab IS funny! Unintentionally perhaps, but LOL.

WHERE THERE' SMOKE

I don't know what the smoke represents. The GOP fireman in the lawn chair is John Boehner, sulking because he's unable to unite the fractious House republicans so he's getting drunk.

Why can't republicans take yes for an answer? When Obama and Boehner sat down to work out the 'grand bargain,' Obama offered up cuts to MediCare, MediCaid, and Social Security including the COLA. Democrats went nuts, but Obama wanted to trade all that for a 3% tax increase on people making over $1 million.

Other House leaders were unwilling to give Obama a legislative win so they shot it down. Too bad, too, because they'll never get another shot at cuts to those programs.

Another example of blind GOP hatred trumping legislative ambitions.

WRONG ARGUMENT, BOYS

I don't hate southerns and I didn't insult the entire south.

I'm amazed how some of you guys fight so hard to keep low paying jobs without a future.

I pointed out that southern states are at the rock bottom with median household incomes and you couldn't respond to THAT so you cracked wise about my dead mom and suggest I'm gay... I guess. (Not sure what you were suggesting)

The south is great. I either owned or co-owned several businesses over the years which is how I retired early.

I'm also amazed how some of you guys see people earning more money as the enemy.

Sorry, Joe. We live in a deed restricted neighborhood. No trailers.

On some nights, though, the frogs sound like the Hallelujah Chorus!

PLAIN STUPID

My mother is dead, but thanks for asking.

Does your mom know you're a pretty good burger flipper?

And once again, Bro, without response you're reduced to name calling.

As far as your 'effeminate' comment:

I know you are but what am I?:

HATS OFF TO THE YAHOOS AND HILLBILLIES

U.S. States with the lowest household median incomes:

Mississippi comes in at 50 - dead last - followed by Arkansas, Louisiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, and South Carolina. Alabama and North Carolina help round out the bottom 10.

Of the 10 highest ranked states for median income Virginia is the only southern state.

Way to go yahoos and hillbillies! You got a good thing going with your god and your guns and your freedom and for Jesus' sake keep them dad burn unions outta here! None of their dad burn business how much money you don’t make or health insurance you don’t got. NO SIREE! Somebody said unions are communists, right?

Most of you clowns get paid exactly what your boss says you’re worth and if you don’t like it go flip burgers somewhere else.

You can lead a DUMB A$$ to water but it doesn’t mean he won’t die of thirst.

NICE JOB CHERRY PICKER

You tried to piece together quotes from an article to support whatever case you were trying to make, but you missed the point. AGAIN. You concentrated on some group call the right to work council's frivolous grievance with the NLRB.

I stand by my statement.

VW said the SUV plant was not tied to the vote, but when workers said No, VW official Osterloh responded with, "I can imagine fairly well that another VW factory in the United States, provided that one more should still be set up there, does not necessarily have to be assigned to the South again."

And you are shocked, SHOCKED! to hear VW is trying to keep all its options open? The SUV plant is powerful leverage that VW will use to extract another sweet deal. How much has VW reaped so far by the generous Tennessee taxpayers? $500 million?

Personally, I believe Osterloh spoke out of turn. He said something in a moment of clarity many of his associates probably wish he had kept to himself.

Like when Ted Cruz said,

THE SINGLE THING THAT REPUBLICAN POLITICIANS HATE AND FEAR THE MOST IS WHEN THEY'RE FORCED TO TELL THE TRUTH. IT MAKES THEIR HEADS EXPLODE.

DULY NOTED'

What if President Obama chimed in on the first day of voting and said he was assured that a YES vote meant the SUV would be built in Chattanooga? Don't you see the problem with ANY elected official interfering in the market place?

BTW, you and fellow baggers were so busy bashing Unions and Obama you forgot VW promised the new SUV plant was NOT riding on the Union vote. And yet when the workers voted no, VW said they may never build another plant in the South. How did all of you miss that?

You guys just want to spew bile even when you have a compelling argument. Maybe you're so seldom on the right side of ANY issue you don't bother checking facts.

Duly noted.
