Wow, its no wonder Chattanooga is in the state its in with the violence. The mother even stated the child had behavior issues and was supposed to be in a special program at the school that this happened at. No 8yr old should be peppered spray, EVER! What is wrong with you all?
I don't care if he did have a stick or a chair,it wasnt a gun and he's 8! If its not a behavior issue and he just needs a good old fashioned whooping, so be it, but he didnt deserve that and there should have been an adult on the force who could have handled this with some common sense. I hope the mother decides to file a suit against that department, because that was a cowardly act.
