Articles like this make me so mad. There are so many people in the world who want children, but are unable to conceive. Foster homes are overflowing, and the adoption process is so complicated and takes forever. Yet there are people like this in the world who have children. I don't see how any mother who truly loves her child can leave them out in the rain and just stand there and watch. That is pure selfishness and pathetic...
