the real estate crash here and glut of existing homes ensured that we won't be developing any more of our forests for some time to come. and sandy - all new developments DO use water saving in mind - low-flow showerheads, toilets, etc, even in housing built back in the early '90s.

connecting chattanooga to atlanta with a vital link like this is a win-win for both places, before we even consider the water at stake. here's hoping something moves forward.
