I agree shon219, her statement is very pointless... I don't care what everyone else did, what did he do to deserve this? Nothing. She had no right to take that young man's life. If she or anyone in her family had those things happened then they should have called the police. This selfish and ignorant woman has no regard for human life apparently. She got off work, drove home, got her gun, drove to the fight and shot and killed this young man. That was premeditated murder as far as i'm concerned. And i have no sympathy for her at all, my sympathy is with his mom, family and friends. This young man was loved by so many people in Chattanooga, including my children. She had other options, she could have called the police but instead she decided to take the law into her own hands. I hope and pray that they keep her locked up for the rest of her life. The death penalty would be even better. She is not the victim, James Sherrell and his family are the victims. I hope she rots in hell for what she's done. I wish i was a juror in her trial. I can't even stand to look at her on tv.
