From the top down Cleveland has many problems but you would never know it reading the Daily Banner. Doesn't Lee University have it own paper or on-line news letter? Why should I care about how many students are enrolled in Lee's sangin or preachin degree programs?...Oh yeah, it is always a thrill to read about some Lifecare honcho giving another Lifecare honcho some meaningless award...Cleveland may be home to Lee University and Lifecare but it appears to be the world capital for pay day loan stores, pawn your car title shops, and jacked up finance companies. It is the multitude of these store fronts that the tag team of Poe and Castille should want to shield the fine guvna from seeing as this speaks to a real life Tale of Two Cities. Instead, these spineless jellyfish would rather trample on a respected citizen's right to free speech.

Huckabee is the worst type of huckster...He gives Baptists a bad name. Surely, not all Baptist believers agree with his wide array of anti-intellectual, anti-scientific, crackpot comments.

To have such disdain for government is hollow unless one is willing to give up their Medicare, Social Security, EEOC, OSHA, FDA, etc...You get the message. I hardly see droves of government haters flocking to disavow these programs.

When the ploy is to pit the working class against public sector unionized workers, and we (the working class) take the bait, then we all lose. It is another ploy to pit the working class against the poor. So let's all get a Big Hate on for those who have less and those, who provide public services, who may have more, in the way of benefits and pensions...Let's just continue to have a big free-for-all amongst ourselves while "the middle class" status erodes for many of us and eludes many others trying to attain it.

How about them fat people getting food stamps? That is an abuse of the system right there...All these scholarly law makers in Nashville sure make me beam with pride!...It's like Darwin's Theory in reverse...Oops! Sorry, not allowed to mention Darwin...Drug and alcohol addictions are diseases, one does not have to look very far to see those suffering...Let's not help "those" people at all, Instead, let's keep building more jails and prisons. There is only one catch, we taxpayers will have to pay for them...Let's put this issue behind us and get on with the "No Food Stamps For Fatties" campaign. Poor people should not be fat, it only makes sense!

How about considering not calling each other names! It is the independent thinker, who sees the many ways the parties are alike, who is not filled with a distorted disdain for those with whom they may disagree.....that will control the outcome of the fall elections.

Holy plumber's crack, Batman! Were there ever any dinosaurs in Tennessee?...No Robin, seems the dinosaurs boycotted the Volunteer State...Wow Batman! Have you ever seen a Sports' Bra? No Robin, but I've seen plenty of fat girls in sleep pants and house shoes at the Wal-Marts. Holy shake-n-quake Batman! What's happening in Tennessee? I don't know Robin, but we should both be O.K. just as long as we "Don't say gay"...

Derision, Yes!...Evolution, Never!...Just how far can our law makers dumb down us voters? We elect these Yahoos, therefore, we get what we deserve...Just study some of the recent bills being proposed in Nashville and you will want to give up on evolution, not to mention, intelligent design, at least as it applies to our elected officials.
