I totally agree with the previous comment. I don't care if you havent had a violation in 27 years- most likely you just never got caught. Bottom line is an employee testified in court that they were drinking at the club after hours. This was a direct result of an accident just days before X-mas. An accident that took the life of a woman walking to work. And the driver who hit the woman drove off- lied to the police saying his car was car-jacked. As far as I am concerned they can close that club- it shows you that the owner is more worried about a club closing 3 days as to a family that lost a wife, mother, daughter.

I agree with Bob McKamey that everyone deserves a second chance. It is very very sad that the public is like the courts once you have done a crime you will do it again. Not always there are some that truely do try to better themselves, but society wont hire them give them another chance. I am a employer/owner here in Chattanooga and it really upsets me to see how uppy-up most of these employers are when hiring. They don't hire any felons-- but wheat do they hire-- people that just want a check and don't want to work at all--Many of the convicted felons are just wanting a second chance to do right- I have hired at least 30 and several are still with me- none of them have stolen from me . So Yes you can give people a second chance only if you want to. I guess 99% of the employers are just too proud to do such a thing- they would rather hire worthless, no- good people that don't want to work. I bet their turnover rate is high as he**-- where as mine is not!!!

realtime- you must be a Ktystal employee or very close to the President of Krystal's-- Everyone knows you do not put anything out on the market for customers until you have tested the product--especially children. I have no intentions of buying one of these drinks no matter how many reviews say it is great-- Bottom line is Krystals screwed up-- and admitted to it-- they should have tested the product first-- but was in a hurry for the profits---To bad Krystals dont think that much of their employees.

I agree with everyone that has comment so far-- Krystal's has some very very serious issues. They are trying to avoid customer complaints with coming out with new products. Most Krystal's has reduced all employees hours to 22 hours weekly from full-time and if you think about it one can not live on 22 hours weekly. I go to Krystals ususally weekly and it has really dropped in service. From waiting in drive- thru for 25 mins- cars wrapped around the building waiting in drive-thru to the dining room being closed when it is suppose to be open due to not having enough help to operate the store. I think Krystal's need to hire good employees- treat them right so they will stay and then think about new items on the menu. ALL KRYSTAL ONLY THINKS ABOUT IS PROFITS/ LABOR CONTROL--

i am a little concerned over VW still building in this god aweful recession--

How long will VW last here?- How long will it be before they too start laying off employees.

I don't see any sense in getting excited of VW and all the jobs it is creating-- look at what the state is loosing with GM-- it doesn't balance at all. the plant in Spring City and all the dealerships to close.

i love it-- just because 30 other states have adopted this bill and allow guns in parks-Tennessee should too.I presonally do not like guns- I was robbed and shot 25 years ago- and I have no desire to be around a gun ever, Tennessee is really changing- Thought this was the great place to live- safe and all-- maybe I need to rethink that. How do you think the publis is going to feel knowing that people will be in the parks and dining places with guns-- i am sure a little uneasy-- Yes I know criminals carry guns -- but hell they carry guns everywhere-- Lets not add to the situation-- Please

in reply to nooganCCP-- I love it-- just tell every criminal in this city where the only one camera is-- I am sure they will target other parks now. And as for park rangers-- do we even have those-- is so how long-- you know with the current ecomony hell they might get cut too. Bottom line is if a criminal is going to do soething wrong-- he is going to do it no matter if there is a camera or not- but less likely if there is a camera-- I was thinking of going to Tennessee River Park soon-- I might want to rethink that

I thank God this did not pass-- OMG bars and guns do not go together-- only problems and deaths will come out of it. You already have people that can not control themselves drinking can you only imagine if they had a gun-- Thank you Governor for not passing this and saving lives.
