Oops, I guess that's what happens when you try to work and check in from time to time. Thanks...Dude
Probably still applies to some in this group.
Damn. We even have people on here that can't find a place America hasn't harmed. I wish they would find one... and go the hell to it. I'm not proud of everything everyone in my family has done (or America) but I don't talk bad about them and look for another family to belong to.
America has done a lot of good for the world too. It's a shame you're too partisan or too stupid to realize that. Good luck on your hunt for Utopia. I sincerely hope you find it and go the hell to it. Nobody is holding you back from leaving.
I'm a conservative that doesn't necessarily think arming the teachers and staff at schools is the right thing to do (no pun intended), but I can sure as hell tell by this cartoon that liberals don't need any guns. They obviously don't know where to put them.
Maybe this will help people put accidental gun deaths in perspective...
How many Americans die from cold and flu each year?
"Each flu season is unique, but it is estimated that, on average, approximately 5% to 20% of U.S. residents get the flu, and more than 200,000 persons are hospitalized for flu-related complications each year. About 36,000 Americans die on average per year from the complications of flu."
tifosi, I see why you call it an NRA scandal, but here's a question.
How many people die of accidental gun death every year. The answer might surprise you.
amazingly unintentional deaths due to firearms in the U.S. ranges anywhere from 500-1000 per year. considering there are 93 guns for every 100 people in the U.S. (not including the military and law enforcement - which would essentially make the ratio 1/1), this is AMAZING. think about that for a moment...350,000,000 guns, and less than 1000 accidental deaths...simply incredible.
OMG, I posted a wiki link. I hope Easy doesn't see this...
While it's true everyone knows the US and China have been engaging in a cyber battle, China has never had anyone on their soil admitting it and that could maybe tell them as much about it. The fact that he appears willing to share that with them removes the patriot label from him for me.
Now that it's been reported that Snowden has told that the US has been conducting cyber attacks against China, and methods used to do it, I'm not so sure i could call him a patriot.
We know Dude, it's all gonna be alright... Daddy Bama's at the helm. Is there really enough Xanax around to numb us all? Don't give him any ideas, it'll be free with Obamacare and tell me, will it be available to kids 15 and over too?
Tell us ole wise one, I mean Oldhickory, if "They were nothing more than an angry, intolerant, closed minded mob bent on destroying a public meeting" is your opinion of the Tea Party, I bet you're really impressed with the Occupy Wall Street crowd.
Come on Easy... google up your rebuttal. Currently it's looking like RexStar owns your ass!
