Thank you, Mr. Allen and Luther, for sharing your memories. I wish more would do so to better educate us. Though I understand it is hard for some to relive it. God Bless You and thank you for defending our country!
This article has been added to and changed considerably since my earlier posting. An hour ago it said she had given birth Sunday and now they are saying Thursday??...hmmm. However do I have the same comment but wanted to add this...law or no law, this is just WRONG!
Amen Grenkepi. Such a tragedy. Prayers to both families effected.
Prayers for you Melvina, and for you too hummer. How very thoughtful! I just can't fathom Erlanger, or any other hospital doing this. I agree with Emersization - very degrading to say the least. This is just too horrible for words!
That depends on the "sect" of Christian beliefs. Some believe ashes to ashes, dust to dust...it's just a quicker way of getting there. This was straight from a Baptist preacher in Cleveland, TN. To each their own.
First and foremost, my thoughts and prayers do go out to the family in this tragedy. Period. However, the comment above "...It should be a law against young female driving large SUVs or trucks...most of them disregard other drivers on the road" This may indeed apply to some, but please don't lump all females in this category.
Anytime there is a depiction of a black man and a noose, it is racist. Poor taste indeed.
I get it Onetin, and I agree.
GA law states a vehicle must stop and stay stopped when encountering a pedestrian until clear.
So even if this is so, they could still charge him with a misdemeanor? hmmmm....
I thought pedestrians always have the right of way. I understand it's jaywalking, but to charge the poor guy of a a misdemeanor? Wow.
