G, Please let be clear that I was comparing Locker to McNair. Just saying he looked a lot like him on that one play. But the kid is good,,,real good.

G, Locker is the REAL DEAL, fo' sho'. His leap to score the 1st TD had the post game show hosts on the local Titans affiliate saying he reminded them of McNair. This was coming from a couple of guys that had played with McNair, so it wasn't just lip service. Lots of really, really good young talent. Tough loss but hard to feel bad watching the way they played.

"Here's an idea, if the NFL Network wants to really take off, they should have a trump card rule in which five times a year, they can go live and show whatever amazing game is happening...."

G, They do. It's NFL RedZone. It's as addictive as, well, pick your poison an it's as addictive as that. Trust me. I'm hooked. Rolled back in after watching the Titans at LP and was still in time to watch "Timmy T Time". Ask Santa to put the RedZone in your stocking.

Just curious Onceuponatime, what is it about the TV portion of EPB that fails in comparison to Comcast? I'm asking as someone who is contemplating a change in service providers.

Wow, you do realize that was Mike Keith, Titans announcer, only on of the best in the business. I watched the game and thought he did a great job as he always does. To each his own.

Hammer meet nail on the option of "No comment" by Meyer. I read with close scrutiny Meyer's comments last week that were a non-denial denial. He was careful in his phrasing. I'm sure it could be said he didn't really lie...but he didn't tell the whole truth either. In my book it's the same as lie. Not as bad as Kelly when he left Cincy for ND, but still pretty lame.

Although I think they spent too much time on Finebaum, showing the vitriol that comes across on that show did help convey the craziness attached with this rivalry. Also, they failed to mention the fact that Updyke most likely beat himself up and then claimed he was jumped outside an Opelika gas station after his first court date. Nutjob. They should have focused more on some of the classic games and players, but if someone knew nothing about the rivalry, it was, ehhhh, just OK.
