You know I never believed Joe was such a crook. Yeah, I heard the rumors and everything, but I didn't believe it. So, I worked for him for almost 3 years. Then I read the complaint against him and his statements to his brother-in-law and found we, as salesmen, were barely getting by while he was defrauding lots of people. He even defrauded us! How many times did youo see the DOC and PACK fees go up. Knowing you had to sell a vehicle at retail just to make a paycheck that week. He was milking EVERYONE OF US for every dime he could also. Well, Joe, I have news for you. YOU CAN'T BEAT THE FEDS!!!!! I know I've been there. And, I want you to know that I think you are scum. My family suffered for the last year Ford was in business while you continued to live highly off of our hard labor. Guess what Joe, there is NO PAROLE in the Federal System. You will serve 93% of your sentence. And, based on the loss amount that looks to be 12 to 15 years. Have your attorney look up the Guidelines under 2B1.1 for sentencing. Oh yeah, don't forget to add all of the points that the DA is going to throw at you. What goes around comes around Joe. You might not be at your daughters wedding after all. By the way... WHERE IS MY LAST PAYCHECK YOU THIEF!!!!!!

Trust me. he is already feeling the pain. if you worked at Prebul Ford, then you know who I am. I've been there with the fed's and I lost everything. And, I know first hand how the feds and media make allegations look alot bigger than they actually are. IT WOULDN'T SURPRISE ME IF THIS JUST ANOTHER ONE OF THOSE SITUATIONS! After his hearing in New York his entire life and business will be placed under a microscope by the federal investigatiors. Secondy, they will file a motion to confiscate all computers and F&I Records, AND FILE AN ORDER FOR PREBUL AUTO GROUP TO "CEASE AND DESIST" ANY FURTHER BUSINESS ACTIVITY. This is going to get very intense people. And, all of us who have worked there, or at any of his dealerships, will probably be contacted. The second wave of indictments will, more than likely, be agains Tim Walters, The F&I Managers and then finally the General Managers. Hold on tight... WE ARE GOING FOR A WILD RIDE! Just remember this.... if you are contacted, it WAS NOT YOUR DEALERSHIP MANAGERS THAT DID THIS. Keep your comments truthful and to the point. I wish all of you Good Luck and Best Wishes for you and your families. TS

Everyone has done things in their lives that would bring disgrace to them and their family. The only difference between others and Mr. Prebul is that Mr. Prebul got caught. How many of you fudged on your taxes? did you know that is a Federal Crime to? Yes, you can serve up to 5 years for a simple $500 fudge on your taxes. As I said, don't be so quick to judge this man. We all have made mistakes.

I believe he is still a good man. Mr. Prebul gave me an opportunity when noone else would. I don't believe that excuses his crime tho. I do believe, however, all of his assistance to our communities and deeds of kindness should be considered. Look at all of the donations his Ford dealership alone made to our community and the charities that he donated to. "Race for the Cure", "Special Olympics", "Fraternal Order of Police", "Toys for Tots", "Sheriff's Association" and the list goes ON AND ON. So, before you judge him too quickly... judge his heart first. Within his heart is a man of unspeakable generosity.
