Why would it be necessary to shoot the dog with an arrow in the face? Does that not seem incredibly cruel and vicious to you? Even a bow hunter aiming to kill does not aim for the face of an animal- that was a deliberate sadistic act borne out of a sick disregard for this poor animal's life. There are no conclusions to "jump to" - the facts speak for themselves.
If you search the criminal history of the man who did this you will see that he was convicted of a violent crime in 1995. I would be careful who you jump to defend, fig2g1 - unless you are the perpetrator.

I hope this is a felony charge and he will end up in criminal court. He had a charge of rape in 1995 - don't know whether he was convicted but it is in the Hamilton county online records. People like this need to be locked up forever. I hope he lost his job.
