Hopefully, Bi-Lo will emerge from bankruptcy better organized, stronger, and more competitive. That's the Free Enterprise way. AIG and the Manufacturing companies will, of course, be back at the "Federal Feeding Trough" for more "Obama Bucks", that is, if the Feds can print it fast enough!
