As an Alaskan, I offended by the sentence given Kernell's attempts to conceal his crime. If a Republican had hacked Biden's email, he or she would have received a sentence comparable to those of the Watergate felons. In contrast, a Democrat hacking Palin's email is given a one year sentence with a recommendation for a halfway house. We should understand that depression is a mitigating factor. Is the light sentence due, in part, to the Democratic fears of Palin and their relentless harassment of her?
