Thank you Times Free Press for basing your endorsement on qualifications and not on how much money you have or who you know! CLEARLY ART RHODES IS THE BEST CHOICE!!

It is a shame that candidates who are not wealthy or involved with mudslinging get ignored. What happened to being qualified? It is no wonder our country is in the mess it is in; voters are content to vote for the winner of the mud fight rather than actually make the effort to determine who is most qualified! I guess Art Rhodes is being ignored because he refuses to play politics! And people say they want statesmen and not politicians? Politicians are the only ones getting any attention! Shame on you!

You really think Art dislikes Sheriff Gobble so much that he would spend so much time and money just to see him loose?

The folks who have responded here reflect the same attitude as Art. There is no need to say negative things about other candidates if you are confident with your own.

We feel, as does Art, that God is in control and if it is His will for Art to be elected 'great'; if not, that's okay too. Either way God is in control. That is why I can wish you and your candidate good luck. And I do.

gm1220,

The folks who know Art know he is a man of integrity and character. Attacking him for sticking to his convictions only makes you appear to be threatened by him. If you do not have a favorite candidate I challenge you to seek him out and ask him about the things that bother you. If you do have a favorite it will not matter what anyone says.
