Stacy was great and took time to chit chat with those she signed autographs for. Her time on the stage was very informative and I for one appreciate the fact she didnt rush through her presentation. Thumbs up Stacy!
Very, Very, Very, Very disappointed. Waited in line for over four hours. Not once did any official of the SHE Expo or a Times Free Press representative ever make an announcement over the intercom, at either of the two stages, or send someone out to the line to let us know that there was not a snowballs chance in h--- that we were going to get a autograph, that we need to get out of line. The official unofficial story I got from a policeman was that the cut off was 700 people. I would guess there were at least 1200 people in front of me. After almost five hours, I asked someone to save my spot for me and went to the area where Paula and her husband were at and saw for myself it wasn't going to happen.
I understand this was the first year for the SHE Expo and will give them a learning curve. I applaud you for even getting Paula Deen but I must say it was clear that the event leaders were overwhelmed and probably star struck and failed to let the paying public know that we should get out of line. Very disappointed to say the least. Shame Shame to the SHE Expo "persons" who dropped the ball.
