The last codes officer Red Bank had quit due to the fact he could not enforce anything. He tried to add more codes to beautify the city and was turned down. It is hard to enforce things that are not in city or state ordiances. Red Bank is in need of a codes enforcement officer that is certified to do the job. Public works is already under paid and overworked. And the budget would not be so bad if all the lawsuits werent raising insurance premiums for the city. Commisioners need to address the buisnesses leaving and how to bring the city back to life, it is dying. This city could be great if someone or a group was gutsy enough to fight City Manager.

Jeno, if Dorsey is such a professional why has he been served with so many lawsuits. Maybe,,,because he is an arrogant idoit. What would you know about a work enviroment anyway.

Wow, I'm glad ofc. Meador got out of the mess, but he did leave because of it. He spoke of how he could not wait to get out of there. Good job Red Bank run off and fire some more good officers. I would be afraid to call and see what shows up at my door, for police. Btw Chris, Chauncey did not enter 3 homes, you must be getting your information from Dorsey....

Wow...this city never stops. Seems like we need a new city manager, he continues to push the city in a negative direction. When will the comissioners do something about this. We, citizens will be the ones paying out the money for the lawsuits.

Well, harrystatel maybe you should know your facts before taking such a stand against this officer. During the investigation Lt. Lamance did not know what the rights bondsmen had. If the 2nd in command did not even know than how can you expect a cpl to know. Also Lt. Lamance has been with bondsmen in the same case as this, funny he still has a job. You want to question her incompetence, maybe you should question the entire department. Maybe you should really question how another female can arrest someone in Soddy when she works for Red Bank and delete reports to hide the truth. That was also a 4th ammendment violation, she is still working...What run ins I have had with Chauncey she has been educated, professional, and extremely helpful. She has always gone out of her way to help anyone of the citizens in Red Bank.
