Then why bother to look at or comment on his drawings? It is really interesting the number of right-wingers who criticize Mr. Bennett's drawings but yet they come back day after day to make comments. They are doing EXACTLY what his drawings are meant to do: provoke comments from all sides of the political spectrum.

So true and the really sad part is the fact they just don't get it in their heads the majority of the country has moved on, while they are still pining for a past that will NEVER be again and has not been for a very, very long time.

Until they get it, they will remain in that big tent of clowns, Mr. Bennett drew the other day and they will continue to lose National elections and eventually state elections in places like Texas, Florida, Arizona and other places where the population has become increasingly diverse. It's really kind of sad for people like you to be ignored. It's sad because it didn't take long for anyone who has read your posts to pick up on your style right away. Maybe they never told you this back in Composition 101 everyone has a style and after awhile it's easy to discern if you know what you're reading. It's why teachers (long before computer sites gave them the capablility of typing in a few words) are able to catch their students plagiarizing others' works. People develop a certain style. Terrorize is defined as 1)to fill with terror: scare 2): to coerce by threat or violence:syn terrify, frighten, alarm,startle

If all of the above definitions of terror and terrorize are to be true then why was there not a call for the following to be tried as terrorists: James Holmes - Aurora Colorado- 12 killed, 59 injured did he not invoke fear, consternation,horror, trepediation for his victims? What about Jared Loughner - Tucson, Arizona - 6 killed, 14 injured, or Now deceased Adam Lanza - Newtown, Conn. - 26 killed, 2 wounded. What makes these horrific crimes any less of a terrorist act than what the brothers in Boston did? The two brothers certainly killed fewer but most certainly injured more.

Of course, it must be the method the brothers used to kill their victims as opposed to the other murderers. Evidently, killing more victims with high powered guns and clips that hold 30 rounds is seen as less heinous than using a pressure cooker as a bomb.

One thing is certain you don't have to have a background check to buy a pressure cooker and now thanks to the clowns of the Republican Party a stronger background check is not needed to keep guns from the hands of criminals and the mentally unbalanced.

So let's hear it for Lindsay Graham, he knows a terrorist when he sees one - not by the body count but by the method that is used such as a pressure cooker and not an Assault Weapon

Sometimes it is truly amazing to just sit back and read the rantings of people like you. Amazing because you are the kind that's the first to accuse someone of not being patriotic or supportive of the United States and then in the next statement you call the PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES a welfare pimp. I have no doubt the irony of this escapes you but it's there for all to see and read. I have no doubt you see this as an example of free speech. Yes, it is definitely FREE SPEECH and your feelings about President Obama are yours to express because we live in a society that places a high value on such privileges. But the question that begs to be answered is this: why do you and those like you have such a hard time understanding that others in the world see the United States as a whole(that includes your kind) in the same negative view that you hold President Obama?

And it's not just others in the world. Do you not believe there are people in this country who would take their hatred of the President to the same level of those terrorists in Boston if given the chance? Look at the teabaggers a few years back who would show up at rallies brandishing their weapons and carrying posters depicting President Obama as some sort of Hitler reincarnation. Look at the dumba*s legislator from Tennessee who posted a "WELCOME TO TENNESSEE" poster on the web with a gun on the poster. You see these kind of people are the losers and truly Mr. Bennett has it correct when he depicts that tent with Repubs in it because most of them have not accepted the fact they lost the White House in November of 2008 and again in 2012 because the American People saw them as clowns. What else could account for the fact over 90% of the American People are in favor of UNIVERSAL BACKGROUND CHECKS FOR GUN OWNERSHIP BUT 90% OF THE REPUBLICAN CLOWNS VOTED AGAINST IT? I can't wait for the dust to settle when this session ends and people start reading about some of the new laws those yahoos in Nashville have passed. "Guns in the Parking Lots" has got to be at the top of the list of mistakes. Of course they won't take the blame when companies like Volkswagen and others start to look elsewhere like Mexico to open new plants. There won't be many REAL LIVING WAGE jobs but at least the citizens will be able to have their guns in the parking lots of the unemployment office.

I don't believe China will allow "lil Kim" to continue much longer. He's out to prove how tough he is to his generals but he can only take this rhetoric so far before China will step in and slap him down. He needs to start figuring out what other rabbits he can pull out of the hat to show his toughness but this particular tough guy act is going to end tragically for him if he's not careful.

The bile that rises in my throat when I read comments like yours is sickening. The REAL HYPOCRITES in the debacle that was the invasion of Iraq are those like yourself who blindly believed without any question or comment the lies coming from Bush/Cheney/Rice/Rumsfeld and that whole sick bunch. They led the United States into a war that cost the lives of hundreds of thousands of Iraqi civilians and over 4000 U.S. soldiers not to mention the thousands of U.S. soldiers who came home maimed for life. Yet anyone who dared to question our presence in Iraq was labled Unpatriotic, Traitors, Unfit to live in America and the list goes on and on. When in reality the people who led this country into war were the Unfit to live in America. Yet not a single one of them has ever been brought to trial.

If there is anything I hold against President Obama it is this: He should have not only ended the war in Iraq but there should have been some accountability for those who lied to get the United States into war. Dick Cheney and George W. Bush should both be in a jail cell as should Karl Rove, Condolezza Rice and the whole sick, lying, trecherous bunch because of the war they started built on lies from start to finish. Osama Bin Laden didn't have to do any more after 9/11 because that bunch of chickenhawks finished what he started. They wrecked our economy and caused more death and destruction than the 3000 he killed. Hopefully the people in Congress who voted to go to war learned a valuable lesson only too little too late.

Brainerd is beginning to show new life. It's not the hub of commerce that it once was with Eastgate but it's new life just the same.
