I have worked at erlanger for 10 years and have had satisfactory evaluations. I did not receive a raise this year. Mr. Brexler told us via video that we should consider ourselves lucky to have a job with the economy as bad as it is. And believe me Mr. Brexler I do. I am blessed to have two jobs in order to be able to feed my family and pay my bills. I can only hope that what I am reading is not true because as a loyal erlanger employee of 10 years I don't want to think that I was lied to. It would sicken me to think that all those days of working short staffed in order to "meet budget" was nothing but a farce so that management could "meet budget" and get a nice, fat bonus check. So please erlanger show me the proof that your figures are correct and forbes is wrong. I have been a loyal nurse and would like to think that the company i work for has been loyal to me.
