Well, it's good to know that someone at city hall has enough sense to realize that there are "loose cannons" and "vigilantes" representing the city who are wearing police uniforms. Glad the right decision was made. Now, what about when "Chattanooga Police spokeswoman Lt. Kim Noorbergen defended the police department, saying there is not one overarching policy when it comes to making arrests. Every police officer has wide discretion in evaluating individual circumstances when a person is deemed to have broken the law, she said." Maybe the department's practices and policies need a little revamping.

Bingo MountainJoe! Perfectly stated! Too bad no one's feet will be held to the fire! Just another screw up by the government that'll get swept under the carpet.

Please, take Barney Fife's gun and bullet away! This guy isn't smart enough to be a cop, much less carry a weapon. I hope he was able to make his "quota" later that day. Obviously, he's a "big time crime buster"! If the Chattanooga Police Department backs this insanity, then they all need to take another look at themselves. For God sakes folks, let’s use a little common sense and not prove we're educated idiots here. If I were in Mr. Wright's shoes, I would have made the same decisions!

Good for Mrs. Craft! I wish her luck in resuming as close to a normal life as possible. What has been stolen from her is irreplaceable. I hope she does go to law school. Maybe she'll be able to work on a prosecution team against her accusers and the government's "witch hunters", who embarrised themselves in this fiasco. As far as I have seen, this small town government operates as good as any other organized crime group in the state! We need the corrupt people out of our government, so remember that during the upcoming elections. Vote 'em all out! Once good elected officials are in place, they'll be able to run off the other crooks who aren't elected officials in our government through charges of insubordination.
Again, congrats to Mrs. Craft! I wish you well!
