This project will go through the summer and project over runs will exceed 50% of you maximum estimated construction cost. That is not acceptable - you are FIRED! What is this world coming to when a grown man can rape two children and walk away from his crime? I read the statement that the rapist made and it was all about him and his family and the pain he has caused them. What about the kids? How could a judge even consider anything but prison in a case like this? Look at this mans actions after he was caught, he repeated this same crime in another State while awaiting this trial.
