You can't jump to conclusions, because the media has a way of being overly dramatic with the news. However, if he did hit this kid then we have a problem. Chattanooga and or Tennessee needs to establish a witness protection program in order to get witnesses to come forward to testify against these gang members, also to protect the lives if people who come forward against these organizations.
