As is typical with lenient judges with drunks, Mr. Steven Frizzell will almost assuredly NOT spend a single day in jail. It's always the wink-wink, good-old-boy, misguided youth system. The ONLY way Mr. Steven Frizzell would spend any jail time would have been if the victims had been relatives of Judge Poole.

With the courts' usual leniency towards drunk drivers, without any consideration of victims' death, and the fact that Mr. Bizzoco is the son of a physician, I seriously doubt Mr. Bizzoco will spend any jail time. Poor misguided youth!
