People who have criminal histories are always discredited when something or someone does something bad to them. This lady clearly has a record. But, does that make her a lier? Did that give Mr. Hochman a right to sexually abuse her when she clearly didnt want him to? In front of her 3 year old child at that. What kind of man puts his hands on a woman in a sexual manner in front of a child?! She said that she told him multiple times to stop and even had to physically push him off of her multiple times.She just wanted a home for her and her daughter, its a shame that she couldnt feel safe in the one place that everyone should feel safe in. Colman Hochman should be ashamed of himself!!!!! The right thing would be for him to be registered as a sex offender which he clearly is.He knew her situation and he took advantage of it. It would seem that if she wanted it(being an escort and all) she wouldnt be sueing him now.A little note to Mr Hochman,just becouse a woman has a record or known to be an escort, that doesnt give you the right to sexually assult them.And it sure doesnt give you a right to think you are any better than she is.
And by the way Mr Hochman, from all the lawsuits your faceing and being a slumlord and all. It would seem to me that she if anything is better than you.
