The writer of this article makes it seem as if the homeless community on the hill is full of nice people who are just down on their luck. While that may be true for some of them, at least one member of that community is a drug addict who has swindled at least $6,000 from one of my relatives. She does not want help because it's just a whole lot easier to con people than it is to try to get off drugs. I hope they are forced into getting help instead of continually getting handouts so they don't have to try to get off drugs and get a job.
