Finally the city is going to do something about the lack of slips AND with a restaurant right there downtown where I can walk up and eat while I keep an eye on my boat! Awsome!
A townhome right on the river! Too cool. These will definately demand the 400+/sf. Certainly more attractive than the typical multi-story condos down here. Finally, someone is making good, tasteful use of the river.
