@librul "Ban them - round them up - humanely euthanize them. Every last one of them". I'm going to assume you mean the humans who abuse, neglect, and fight these animals for personal gain, greed, and "fun". The behavior should be banned; chaining, beating and fighting any animal should be banned. Not a particular dog that has the bad luck to be the breed these monsters decide to utilize for their vicious activities.
