Amazing how you teabaggers get so upset when Alprova points out your sh#t stains. America has struggled with racism since the beginning of the nation due to the teabagger kind, regardless of the Founding Fathers profound proclamation the "all men were created equal", there has never been a full acceptance of equal rights for anyone who is not a white so-called christian male. Despite the Cival War, the Cival Rights movement, or especially the election of an African-American President, America remains a racists country and it manifest itself in the Republican Party and teabagger movement. Wheather its because these kind of white people see the demographics of the country changing to include more Asians, Hispanics and African Americans or just plain hatred of non white human beings. Racism plays a major role in every aspect of American government and no one is more affected by this than President Barack Obama. The President has made every concession to Republican demands to move the country forward and still he can't do the one thing to win over Republicans and that's change his skin color. The President has the misfortune of leading a country that allowed Republicans to decimate the economy to enrich the wealthy and corporations, and because most of their support comes racists, they have convinced a large segment of the dumb population like you right wing nuts on this forum that Obama is the blame for the economy not being where it needs to be and that its the Presidents fault No self-respecting half wit believes that 8 years of the Republican and Bush disaster is preferable to the growth and recovery President Obama presides over despite of republican sabotage unless they are poisoned by racism. So if we play the race card its because that's the hand we've been dealt

Isn't it entertaining to watch how the truth causes those like Plain Truth to literally piss their pants. Plain Truth proved my point most excellently. Plain Truth, conservative and the righties need to get a room with the Neo's when they arrive in

I agree with Alprova that the Neo Nazi's have more in common with Republicans than any other political party. The Neo Nazi group that plans to rally in front of the courthouse said one of the reasons they chose Tennessee and Chattanooga is because of a large following. After reading the nasty, unsympathetic and sometimes ridiculous comments from Republicans while claiming to be christians on this forum, that statement doesn't surprise me at all. It's a shame that such a beautiful area is contaminated with such evil individuals. Chattanooga-Hamilton County has a somewhat pretty face, but a wicked heart.

Good point Plato, I agree. I think not only school children should start receiving annual psychiatric exams, I think everyone should have an annual psychiatric exam as part of their annual checkup, starting with the Republican Tn state legislature. They are creating the very problem we're trying to avoid as usual. Thats about as crazy and dangerous as you can get.

This is one prejudice, over the top about everything, mean spirited, screwed up community with a church on every corner. Don't think for one minute that this city and editorials here on the TFP is not being monitored all over the nation. Many people are embarrassed to say they are from here or Tennessee as a matter of fact. There should be a big warning sign on the freeway that reads CHATTANOOGA IS OK TO VISIT BUT YOU DON'T WANT TO LIVE HERE !

<p>@soakya...First off, Chattanooga has been a failure because of the lack of Metropolitan driven growth, and no we don't agree. Second, The Teabagger-extreme right mindset has always been around, they just didn't have a name and there is way more than just a group of 75, so stop playing dumb. I don't have to have a role at the Chamber to know you are a hillbilly that knows absolutely nothing about progress. And exactly what do you soak?

Chattanooga would be a great city if it wasn't cursed by these Anti everything teabaggers. How, especially if your a business owner be against growth The more the city grows, the more of a benefit it is for everybody. Metro is a dirty word even though its a Metropolitan area-county. Foreward is somehow linked to Obama which is the stupidest thing I have ever heard. This mindset is whats leaving Chattanooa-Hamilton County behind other Metropolitan areas and it will never accomplish its goals as long as this ridiculous mindset is allowed by these teabagger individuals. When promoting Chattanooga as being so great, this dark part of Chattanooga is left out. When people get here they are disappointed, ask me how I know, because I meet them and talk to them. They can see just how far behind we are due to the fact we are a city trying to move FORWARD while we have antigrowth teabaggers trying to keep it in the past.
