What is unacceptable is that a court could throw out laws that our elected legislators put into place such as informed consent and that late term abortions must be performed in hospitals due to the risk to the women. Also, we cannot even require the licensing and regulation of abortion facilities. this is outrageous! This is about more than partial birth abortion.
If this came to a floor vote it would pass. That is what they are afraid of.Worse still they are afraid to let the people of TN vote. Some representative government!
How many have sold their soul to the well funded abortion industry. SHAME
