I'll tell everyone right now, I do not trust stray dogs. They can turn in an instant, and I have experience. I would have shot the dog, too. It was an act of fight or flight. I have 2 dogs myself that I love dearly. If you animal activists care so much then start volunteering to take these diseased animals off the streets, and help free up animal control or do a petition to the city to hire more people. Check the call & report records on this dog, maybe there is a video. He is still a husband and father quit looking for someone to blame because your too selfish to step up and help make a change. It is the elected officials and the city's fault for not taking care of it in the first place.
