Let's not be biased, look at both of the criminal's backgrounds. Looks like you are trying to defend your brother by telling everyone to look at Dustin Frisbee. They are both guilty, make them clean up their lives. It is public knowledge for the community because it is hazardous to the air/wildlife and the community has a right to protect their children from things and people such as this.

@jess518, work ended at 4pm for me. The only one in this scenario that needs a job is the dope dealer. The ex wife gains profit from his child support so why wouldn't she defend him. Don't know them personally but according to the hamilton county police department there has been numerous complaints. Public knowledge is there for people who don't want drug dealers in their community. The sister erased their facebook page because of the publicity. by the way how would you know that? are you his ex or relative? I guess this is a lesson for people who live on signal mountain, just because their friend has money and are friends with local attorneys doesn't mean they should get away with it. Also read the law in state and federal laws possession of marijuana is illegal otherwise a state citation could not be issued. And Facts are not lies and your opinions are biased.

Cunningham has prior charges, also the ashbec89 is most likely his sister becca smartpig on his facebook page He is known for being a drug dealer that carries weapons. I say they are both guilty. This Jess518 is also a link to his page and i think it was his children's mother most likely. Mandy and Lr103 are right. It's a shame people like this give our service men a bad name. Maybe there should be more counseling for soldiers coming back from the war.
