So what is your answer. You are a lawyer right? what is your legal take on this? What are the ramifications?

Jesse, I would say you are right except Easy does not believe in God. So his direct line would just have a fast busy signal. =)

Alprova,

totally off subject. The other day I saw where you posted you dabble in coins, (don't know if rare or not). But was just wondering if you could recommend someone in town that knows coins that could give advice as to how much some are worth. We recently were given some from an In-Law that passed suddenly and are just curious at this point.

Thanks ahead of time.

"To blame the world's ills on atheists false and ridiculous."

I agree with you last post regarding the dictators and world leaders. Most leaders do claim some sort of religion.

That is what I am used to with you. Oddly enough we agree more than we disagree most of the time.

"Andrew represents those that would establish Christianity in our government and schools. That is what I mean by impose their beliefs. Not on me personally."

Well I can't argue that one. He would have to take that up with you.

If I asked you if you believed in God, your response would be "NO". The implication in a complete sentence would be "I do not BELIEVE in God." Would that technically be a belief or not?

By the way Mr. "I am the only one on here that can spell and write a complete thought", EYE misspelled ah wordt. Somebody fire me.

And I would be the King not the Queen. Pay attention.

Limric,

Technically you are correct, she did not directly say that Andrew was imposing his beliefs as she has said so many other times. However, if you can't see the insinuation then you are not nearly as smart as you pretend on here. I will repost her words.

"Imagine a US with real religious freedom, where the majority is not allowed to impose their sectarian views on the rest of the population. Imagine a US that doesn't have people like Andrew Lohr blaming the ills of foreign dictatorships on atheists."

Obviously she is responding to Andrews post of April 20, 2013 at 6:04 p.m.

lkeithlu,

You stated that Andrew is "imposing" his beliefs on you. Well according to the meaning of the word impose then that would be a false statement. He is merely posting his opinions as are the rest of us on here. I will post the meaning of the word Impose below so you don't have to look it up.

I am a little surprised at your misuse of that word with your education. Are you intimadited when someone post about God or Jesus?

"IMPOSE"

  1. To establish or apply as compulsory; levy: impose a tax.
  2. To apply or make prevail by or as if by authority: impose a peace settlement. See Synonyms at dictate.
  3. To obtrude or force (oneself, for example) on another or others.
  4. Printing To arrange (type or plates) on an imposing stone.
  5. To offer or circulate fraudulently; pass off: imposed a fraud on consumers. v.intr. To take unfair advantage: You are always imposing on their generosity.
