In respect to oldnurse's comments. Life Care is premier alright, that's why the owner lives in a 25 million dollar home and is the 16th richest man in Tn. Yet, he will not even come close to adequate staffing of nursing aides or nurses. Forget doctors. The truth is coming out slowly but surely and it is time for our people to take blinders off. Under pressure she folded and went against her on verdict; throwing out the case stating she was the 13th juror. It was the worst decision of a circuit court judge that I have ever seen and I have been around for a while. If she falls apart under local pressure think about what she will do under heavy fire. She should raise her family, take care of the farm and stay very far away from true leadership. Believe me. She is not a leader.

Falisfying records and charts of these poor people is a felony of the worst kind. Life Care will never apologize to the families nor will they man up and provide better care.
