This guy has some good points, but like so many misses the mark on so many as well.
Yes, the court systems currently run under the US military, or Maritime system. It is because the US is in bankrupsy, and has been since 1933.
It all stems from the passage of the Glass-Owen bill in 1913, which by no coincidence was the same year of the passage of the 16th amendment to the Federal constitution.
To FM_33, I do not need to read the AICS paper. It would be naive to think the internet is un monitored, especially after the events of 2001. That said, there are encrytion methods that even the CIA / NSA can not break. Unfortunately they are free and available. I say unfortunately, because there are those who would like to see the demise of the US who would use them against us.
I don't believe Marceaux has any chance of winning. However, if people can weed out the fact from the fiction, and there are some facts in his platform, at least it would serve the public in this way.
One final point. If everyone were required to have a gun, there would probably be a blood bath lasting about 2 months. Then, after all the nuts and criminals were dead, the rest of us law abiding citizens would enjoy relatively crime free lives of peace. Not that this is realistic or feasible on a national level, but there have been some smaller communities that have gun requirement ordinances, and they have enjoyed quite a bit of success with them.
Just my thoughts.
