Thank the Lord.

Tonya received something today from the jury that the despicably corrupt prosecution had been trying to bury and hide with manipulation and deceitful tactics since day one of the trial.. the TRUTH.

I believe a lawsuit is in order for wrongful prosecution, slandering, and railroading an innocent person. Along with some disbarred arrogant state attorneys.

Mr. Lenny and Mr. Christopher: start playin the lottery fellas!

Oldtimer I think your making some good points, whether Wikipedia is a credible source or not.

As for the children: Their young minds are like clay in a sense. And as far as I'm concerned, their parents and the prosecutors in this trial have used that to their advantage, and have become the unjust sculptors. The whole idea of "recovered memories" from the prosecution witnesses during testimony further proves this notion.

Now, as for guilty without a reasonable doubt, ha.. Ms. Craft is the queen of doubt.

This isn't the first travesty of this type... yes, from Senator McCarthy and the Puritan's witch trial in Salem, as Ms Craft said in HER testimony, she simply pissed off the wrong two influential families. And, in a most recent comparison, the 'desperate housewives of Catoosa county' have pinned Ms. Craft as their target.

Manipulation and coaching of innocent children in a court of law is a felony. And as the children become adults, I think their parents' actions will have much more negative affect on them than these false charges brought against Ms. Craft.

This entire trial is an utter travesty, farse, and complete insult to the american judicial system, the very system that these prosecutorial nitwits are supposed to uphold with the highest honor and respect.

The corrupt and arrogant tag-team of the prosecution is so deep in bed with Judge House, Im surprised the State hasn't stepped in to put a halt to this corrupt mess.

observing and hearing the very unprofessional demeanor and acitons coming from the prosecution day after day, are grounds enough for dubbing a mis-trial.

It is all to easy, when the term "child-molester" comes across the news for a split second, to instantly stand up in disgust and fully advocate the prosecution's "case" and for, "sending her away to jail forever and lock the key!"

But when the facts and obvious skewness in trial come into play... it could just as easily be ANYONE who pissed off the "desperate housewives of catoosa county" (Yes, Mr. Joal Henke you fall under that category too).

Mark my words: This 'trial' will not end with the decision of the jury in catoosa county. And as for the actions of the prosecution, they will answer to a higher power in due time.

I whole-heartedly pity the one who honestly believes the misconception that Robert T. Nash held his position at WGOW with, an "ANTISEMISIST" tone, (really now??) or RACIST hidden agenda for that matter. The whole accusation in itself is intellectually ignorant and simply another example of the 'camp-hug-me' type of irresponsibility and race-card toting arrogance that this generation is being sucked into by the inevitable fact that success in life requires hard work and sacrifice.

If you cannot tolerate fierce commentary, genuine discussion and debate on the course of progression for our local society without taking a naive personal offense, and reaching for that card in your pocket.. turn the station. Otherwise, i'm sure you can find a Lady Gaga CD at your local Walmart.

Citadel Broadcasting and Mr. Lockhart:

Thank you for your panzy corporate garbage and complete, utter disregard for authenticity and the diminishing concept of a genuine firm outspoken voice absent of the sugar coated, coushioned, feel-good type mentality that is rotting my generation away as we speak.

I sincerely hope whatever circumstances led to the dismissal resolve themselves aside from these walk-on-eggshells type policies and the talk monster doesn't lose one of it's most powerful, listenable and pertinent voices of Chattanooga.
