i knew Don from a motorcycle message board. he would post pictures of his rides, his times fishing, enjoying life with a smile, always spreading joy to others.

as a motorcyclist i have a strong feeling as to someone being held accountable for their actions in causing an accident against a motorcyclist. i know there are unavoidable accidents, what i mean is by being on the phone while driving, drunk driving, not stopping at stop signs. but what this man did was intentionally neglect the safety and life of others.
