I agree. The city's employee gym is just another option for us. We can workout at the Powerhouse for free, workout in the city's employee gym for free, workout at the Sportsbarn at a discounted monthly rate, or dare I say, workout outside. The police even have their own fitness center in the PSC. And yes, we do have incentives for staying healthy. The city definitely promotes "wellness" as many ways as they can, but it is up to the employees to take responsiblity for their own health.
